Original Bates Pad on Ebay

I've got this original Bates pad on ebay if anyone's interested.  The bottom has its cracks, but the top is in great shape for the age.  It's one of coolest I've seen and really don't want to sell it, but times are tough!
The sticker is awesome, and that's the reason us nerds buy these things right?  Oh yeah, we took the dimenions of this pad and just might be offering up our own psychedelic versions at Strang Days 2...

Tubey Doobie

We had a set of 4" over 35mm Forking By Frank tubes laying around (thanks to Cal!), so I decided to change up my rusted and pitted front end.  We got some Busch Light, put the shovel on the jack, and got to work.
The result is pleasing to the eye in all its 80's glory.  I'm even retaining the dual disk setup for now, since the brake lines still reach with no problem.

Lookin' good for now.

Chopper Commune

Our workspace / mind-expansion chamber is coming along nicely.  Parts are beginning to line the walls and new chopper ideas have been floating around like crazy in the haze of incense and sweet leaf smoke.
Got the Frank shovel on the jack for some front end mods...
We started messing around with front end ideas for Ken's bike, but he's sticking with a narrowed wide glide setup he's been piecing together.

Rob's New Ride

Bobby-O picked up this '63 Fairlane for an awesome deal.  It's got a 351 Windsor and a completely solid body; can't wait to see it all done!

Chopper Commune Begins

Ken's been busy making the move into our rental house.  Between all of our shit (a bunch isn't even in there yet) we could have our own swap meet!  Once we're all set up and organized with some much needed shelving, this place is gonna rule.  LOTS to do this winter.  Chopper Commune:  The Strange Days headquarters.

Nice sissy bar.
Hey Tjebbe, looks like Justin from AZ sold you his prismic Crazy Frank!  That's an exciting looking project man, can't wait to see the progress.

Wooden Ships

Say, can I have some of your purple berries? Yes, I've been eating them six or seven weeks now, haven't got sick once, probably keep us both alive.
