Starting The Fabrication On The Strange Days Sportster!

The '71 Sporty is over at the RetroFit headquarters for some fab work! Ben, my ol'man and I got together to finalize some ideas for the sissybar, oil tank and fender modifications. For the first time in our sissybar building history, we mocked up a sissybar out of some scrap steel. This Sportster is loooong and we had to actually see how the proportions would look. This year, we're going with 9/16 stainless round bar. There's going to be a lot of subtle trick fab work on this bike! More progress to come so stay tuned!
